My account has been banned

Hello, my account got banned, I'm not sure why but I do believe it's tied to my internet connection because I have been disconnected a lot of times but I do try to get back in the game as fast as possible, I hope someone can help me fix this issue because it's not like I'm disconnecting purposely from strikes or crucible matches (Although I don't play these often, only when I have a bounty or for the daily reward. I hope that this fantastic comunity can help me fix this issue, thank you in advance Battletag: LittleWall#21158

  • Does the message say you are banned or are you unable to play just crucible and Gambit. There is a difference. If you have a message saying " Not so fast, this account has been banned", then that's it. Your acct is done. If you are restricted from playing crucible and Gambit, you will need to sort out your connection issues. If you are on WiFi, used a wired connection. Bungie doesn't discuss bans or restrictions, their decision is final, there is no appeals process.
