From your play history, it appears you have the Annual Pass. Go visit the Drifter, and he should have a set of bounties called Power Surge bounties. They're fairly simple, and each one gives you two items at 640 power. If you do all four bounties, you'll end up with a full set of 640 armor, and a 640 weapon for each slot.

Buy a more powerful light bulb. No seriously just keep playing the game and you will get there eventually,both my characters are now 700 after a long time,now i need to max out the guns and armor with enhancement cores.
