Reveler's assortments dropping standard blue gear?

Has this happened to anyone else? I got a standard blue bond from her package, no shaders or reveler gear/ornaments! Kinda dissapointed - was this a glitch? If it wasn't a glitch - this sucks!

Not a glitch....it is just a way to get rid of your materials and get items.
