Was there anything special about your Run? E.g. you spawned into a running Round, enemies not spawning, anything?
Did you deal damage to the Walker Boss? It might happened that the Ignition is not counted if you don't do any damage.

Fresh new round, dealt heavy dmg to the boss. Threw a fair share of charges at the forge. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Was the Forge completion after the Weekly Reset? I'm asking because unfinished frames get removed, so if you didn't have a frame...although I doubt that this was what happened.

New frame, grabbed it after the reset yesterday. Ran through 10 multikills and 20 radiant seeds, returned to Ada, then proceeded straight to Bergusia forge. My first attempt did fail, but second attempt we finished off the boss at maximum temper. Was it because I rode my sparrow all the way into the forge area? It was my first time getting my sparrow over the broken bridge and over the rocks LOL

Alright, so it was not the frame... And it was not your Sparrow, I drive there every time with my Sparrow and had no issues yet. I literally can't think of any possible solution right now tbh. Sorry, but I guess you'll have to try again and hope it does not happen again.

I had the same problem pretty much and I DEFINITELY damaged him. I ulted on him
