Hi there. Appreciate your report. If running the Scan and Repair didn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories:

– %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC
More information:
*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.

I deleted the folder named Cache, and can't find a folder or file named Settings or Cache/Settings. The same message popped up at the same time, right before character select screen. Am I supposed to delete the entire explorer results? Or do a full reinstall?

 • Yes, you should remove everything in the folder, then exit the folder and play Destiny 2 to see if you still have issues. If you do, I recommend a full reinstall.
