SAXOPHONE

I downloaded the free version of Destiny 2 back in Novermber during the promotion. In addition, I have also purchased the Annual Pass to access all other content. I am now getting an error, SAXOPHONE, that does not allow me to play further. I am launching this game within Battle.net. Please help!!
