Ammo isn’t the issue if you have 2 sniper scavengers. My issue is with how inconsistent the flinch is. Fighting someone’s primary, your sniper may flinch a little in any direction(gravitating Howard’s) or a lot with little indication of how much the flinch will be. And teammates shouldn’t be able to flinch you.
