Its funny how trash you are at creating loot tables for activities. Thankfully the dudes over at Massive actually know how to design a game/reward player time, so the smart ones will be over on The Division 2 where the devs actually centered the experience around what the player wants, not around trying to see what the least amount of content they could fit in a paid DLC would be.
