Well yes I can see bungie taking action on tess asap as this can pose a security leak hackers could use to exploit other players info. As for drop rates it still a matter of rng even if drop rates is increased. Sure items you'll see more often but it doesn't mean you'll get the one your looking for or the right roll. It's still all RNG which ppl still dont comprehend this info.

In D1 the RNG was rough but not as bad as D2 has been. It would have been nice if Bungie created more new loot and updated things keeping the certain content relevant instead of relying on the RNG to slow things down.
