Umm, do other gaming companies take so long to fix small petty things that they deliberately increased the chance of not getting certain items? especially when their player base has to keep asking for 6 months or more to fix?
-
Except these season of the drifter weapons have been out for like, one month.
-
Look at the loot that was actually added with this season, barely anything at all, hell the entire Annual Pass for that matter and then look at how barely anything else in this game has been properly updated that has been in this game for a year or more. The drop rates are horrible for certain items. Increasing or decreasing drop rates for anything in this game is one of the easiest things for Bungie to do. They have been doing it since the day D1 released that they are pros at it now. I mean if they can change how they were throttling things in this game in a heartbeat after being caught, they could have done what this weekly update said a long time ago with other things in the game. It's not a matter of if they can or can't, it's a matter of willing to or not.

Shit ain't that the truth spent over 650 vanguard tokens to get the service revolver with a good roll I ended up getting 1 out of 650 tokens I got 1 and it was with the roll that has selling
This is awesome. Idk why everyone is shitting on bungie in comments.
Same. Sometimes people just like to complain for the sake of complaining

Edited by ouate2phoque76: 4/2/2019 1:06:40 AMBecause if they had done a semi good job of of from the get-go, and weren't so incredibly stingy with RNG by default, such "awesome" decisions and announcements would not even be necessary??!? Edit: and more people would be spending more time playing / grinding these activities... Which this announcement seems to confirm is NOT the case. So yeah. #expansion.fail

So it wasn’t good in the start. And now it’s bad that they are trying to improve. Makes sense. Very sound logic there.
-
Well, since logic and didactics are your chief concern... - Am I disputing it is an improvement? No. But go ahead... show me where I said that. - does polishing a turd after the fact, until it turns into something better change the fact that the raw material was originally an unpolished turd? No again. So I basically tried to help you answer your apparently rhetorical question as to why comments were negative despite this objectively positive news. You know, since that logic seemed to elude you... Hate to break it to you, but even previous die hard fanbois have had enough. Pumping out negative, unrewarding gaming experiences release after release after release, processing negative player feedback for weeks / months until you do something about it does not make for an awesome product / overall player experience. Or bungie an amazing and responsive developper. There is some progress. But not enough. Not where balancing, rng / drop rates, respecting player time etc are concerned. It's been 5+ years of this FFS.

How the hell are you gonna have a character at 700 and still have the too little too late mentality? That's so stupid. Bungie could fix all the games problems on the next update yet you will still find a way to bitch even though you very clearly still play the game.
muted for lack of intelligence.
Edited by Haves99: 4/2/2019 6:55:12 PMLmao These people are dumb. Throughout destiny 1s life everyone was saying the same thing “it’s too grindy” “weapons are hard to get” “leveling up is too slow” so when destiny 2 came out they made it a lot easier to get weapons and get to max light which caused everyone to get losses about that. They claim bungies lazy but these people probably buy madden and cod every year.
people are stupid and will argue over anything little thing about this game. I’m enjoying destiny and have :)
-
So comments are negative because of not enough improvement. Still very sound. Makes sense.

Edited by ouate2phoque76: 4/2/2019 1:47:40 AMIts ok dude. Clearly logic and reading comprehension are not your forte. B+ for trolling efforts / trying to get the last word in, though.
-
People don't want to see the game get better. They just want to complain.
-
It’s the cool thing to do... Everybody else is doing it...blah blah mob mentality...
-
Also I love how people are saying the game is dying because between 600,000 and 1,000,00 play daily out of the 14 million total when not only is it more people playing daily than last year, and they act like everyone that buys a game will play it every day.
-
They also ignore that destiny was free on several occasions to boost the player count
-
You know how when you were a kid and played cops a robbers. There were always more robbers then cops... the internet is where all these law biding, tax paying, straight shooters. Can pretend to be hard without doing hard time...
-
They just want attention because they don’t get any anywhere else :)
