We will be increasing the drop rates of weapons in The Reckoning in Update 2.2.1. We will also be adding most of the weapons to the loot pool of Gambit Prime to increase the ways you can earn Season of the Drifter weapons. Most weapons will have a chance to drop at the end of Gambit Prime matches. Your drop chance will also increase in both Gambit Prime and the Reckoning every match you don’t get a weapon to prevent long droughts without a drop. Eventually, you will be guaranteed a drop. Gnawing Hunger, Just In Case, and Doomsday will remain as exclusive drops in the Reckoning.

Patch Notes: -increased Drop rates by 4% One week later: Whoops, we actually meant 0.04%.
-
We don’t care about the season of drifter or gambit! We need pve content.

“.04%”

Ah, the vague promise of increasing item drop rate but not giving actual numbers to support it. I haven't seen this since the last TWAB.
-
I really appreciate this change because I have awful rng when it comes to those weapons. I have only ever gotten 2 weapons to drop from Reckoning and my friend has gotten about 14. Sad part is, I've run it more than him!
-
How did the summit go? Nobody said a peep... Did it go that bad?
-
What I don't understand is since Bungie is promoting these new weapons for season of the drifter than we should be getting the new weapons only and NOT the weapons from the regular gambit game. If I wanted gambit weapons as rewards then I'll play Gambit. But, I'm playing Gambit Prime. Why on earth would you include regular Gambit loot within this loot pool is moronic.

Thank you so much ❤️

Hi Cosmo, this is a nice adjustment by Bungie. This won’t bring me back but it does give me hope that Bungie will keep listening and making changes that help your players.
-
when nobody plays everything is for free...i thought i would never say this: really waiting for Borderlands 3...
-
Cool! Thank you!
-
Ha ha very funny Bungie.
-
Anytime your doing something that benefits the community it’s a good thing. Thanks. P.s. we still need enhancement cores out of infusion. But thanks for this.

Edited by Viguier: 4/2/2019 12:29:37 AMThat's really cool. Does it means i can farm Reckoning in order to get Gnawing Hunger or i can just get one weapon per week?
-
WHAT ABOUT ANARCHY????
-
That would be cool if gambit prime was fun and tier 3 wasn’t BIG STOMP UNGA CHUNGA
-
This doesnt help comp at all. Remove the weapons from comp or remove the loss penalty.
-
Thank you, this is a very welcome change!! If you can answer Cozmo is there a diffrence in drop rates in reckoning t2 from reckoning t3?

April fools
-
I swear to god if this is an April Fools joke Bungie I WILL NOT buy the fall expansion no matter what.
-
April Fools?
-
I don't believe you.
-
Also buff the glow on hunters, the snake is barely visable incomparison to warlock and titan.
-
How about you work on the shit state of crucible or take it out of the damn game completely. Sick of getting in games and mercy rule is applied. This game does nothing but throw me in with scrubs and I can't even enjoy playing it or get any good weapons bc like eververse you've pretty much locked them behind bullshit crucible.

Edited by XCaptCronchX: 4/1/2019 10:12:27 PMHow do we get Arbalest. Probably won’t answer but looking online shows not a single person has it.
