The crucible was supposed to be a training ground to prepare guardians for the battlefield now it just a breeding ground for elitists that don’t give a shit about anyone but themselves. If the crucible does not serve it intended purpose then the vanguards should shut it doors on this activity regardless of the opinions of a minority

Let’s not act like PvE isn’t full of elitists too. I along with so many other people hardly got to experience raids just due to every LFG post requiring 40+clears for every damn raid. “Why don’t you make your own LFG posts” No one joins. No one wants to help people go through a raid for the first time. I have met some shitty and toxic players in PvP, but I have also met the exact same kind of people in PvE. PvE players act like they’re saints but they’re just as toxic as the PvP players.

You've never put it better, I had to be *carried* through all of my d1 and d2 raids for first clears because everyone took pity on me and hated kings fall, and Levi. (I have done 3 raids in d2, Levi, last wish, scourage of past)

Well I’ll put it this way every time someone starts shit in patrol it’s always a pvp player ..... I see them all the time
Well I’ll put it this way every time someone starts shit in patrol it’s always a pvp player ..... I see them all the time
Why the -blam!- would anyone start shit in PATROL!?Yeah right buddy. I have never heard this much bullshit in my life.

Nice try kiddo but go troll someone else stupid
Nice try kiddo but go troll someone else stupid
Sure thing. Wouldn’t want to shatter your ever so fragile make believe world where “PvP players go around picking fights in patrol”
-
I understand that but hear me out. The PvP population is at an all time low and now with trails gone quickplay has become the one place where people of significantly different talent collide. This creates a lot of frustration if trials did one thing it was to keep all those people in check because quickplay was more fun than anything else. Which is why it would be nice to bring back trials in some form and give space to the majority of the population who simply want to have fun in crucible and not get farmed by Luna's Howl/Not forgotten.

Maybe so I do patrol and all I see is one pvp idiot after another causing problems by complaining about things being to op or asking for things to be nerf. In the five years that I have been playing destiny I have only seen less than a handful of updates for patrol but with pvp it seems that bungie handsome out like candy and I really don’t see the balance when a minority is being given preferential treatment over the majority that does pve

Yeah I would say it would be great if they adopted the gambit specifc approach to crucible too. Like keep the nerfs separate only for PvP which would solve a majority of the problems.
