Can't get certain rate items
I just recently switched to PC from ps4 and level boosted my hunter with the free one I got for buying the game bundle. I found that I cant get small gifts from dreaming city activities and I cant get rare shaders from dismantling weapons and armour. Not sure if the level boost is causing this issue but thought it worthy to note.

22 RepliesNope. Rare shaders only have a chance to be given when dismantling items with it. The gifts are also a random drop from various DC sources.
