Dreaming City Lore Book doesn’t seem to be dropping.
I’ve spent (I dunno how long, maybe days?) in the dreaming city, doing Blind Well, opening chests, and all that Jazz.
I haven’t gotten a single lore book entry for the Dreaming City since the beginning of Forsaken. 1/10 entries, SINCE the START of the expansion.
I’m thinking it might be bugged, or there is a specific way of getting it. No way in hell I can be unlucky with the shit that’s happened to me.
But I’d appreciate if someone helped out with this issue before I tear my sanity asunder trying to get it.

2 Repliesok i look at my collection. dreaming city lores under dusk and dawn directory droping from heroic public events and heroic blind wells only when curse is strongest. hope this helps

1 ReplyI don't know if that helps but I had 6/10 and for the last 4 I run aphelion's rest 95 times in a row to get them. It has a pretty low drop rate.

I used to get them at launch, but now it seems like they almost don’t even drop anymore
