Lore completion
So I've been trying to finish the dreaming city lore page but for some reason can't get the last 2 that I need.

3 RepliesIf you do the lower level activities like tier one blind well and the ascendant chests you should get it. I was missing one and ended up getting it from a tier one blind well.
