Are you happy with the announced changes regarding Enhancement Cores next season?

The part I did not like was the following earning cores versus using them. If I am an example I earn about as many as I use. That is only true because there are not enough so I ration like crazy. I would love to upgrade more weapons or keep the armor sets I like leveled but without the cores I cannot. I barely play at the moment as I just do not want to deal with the leveling up slog. (1500+ hour D2 player BTW)
