I'm not allowed to play crucible or gambit for 2 months.

Hello. Today I got banned for two months because of "bad internet connection". I don't understand why, because my internet connection was always good and I never leave the game. All the matches that I play-I play them till the end. My download connection speed is 14.7mb and my upload connection speed is 1.4mb. I think that it's somehow connected with yesterday's prevention, because I had been playing at that moment with my clanmates. What should I do? I hope I will get the reply soon.

    • What happened with those games of The Reckoning in your game history? According to those stats you ended up with zero score on 3 occasions yesterday, and also previously on12th March whilst attempting to play that. Not being a judgemental d*ck here, just genuinely trying to help, as this is literally the only activity that seems to be causing you a problem.

    • Speed is just one of many variables that need to be good enough when it comes to your connection. And 1.4mb up, serious that is bad. (Sure it is not 1.4MB?) if it really is 1.4mb you might want to start thinking of playing another game.

    • If you are on a 2 month that would mean it is your 2nd offence. You need to make sure your internet connection is above 1M up and down (tested speed) per concurrent player. Then go through the guides to make sure your connection is as stable as possible. Here is bungie's post on the matter.
