Serious Bungie Your -blam!-ing BullShit

Destiny is Broken

Free Me From Banned

6

Apologize for my attitude. However, I was banned for two months stating today from any -blam!-ing match-player game which its all I play. Just because I have -blam!-ing internet problems isn't because I want internet problems and perhaps its your -blam!-ing server that are shit. I was banned for two weeks then you want to banned me for two -blam!-ing months. Y'all disgusted me. No wonder theirs other company's trying to make a better game than destiny 2 because its so broken. Broken System equal terrible game. Now what, I need to wait two months to play a game I bought. Serious this is nonsense.

    1. You are not banned, you are restricted. 2. You had a 2 week restriction to fix your connection issues and either chose not to or were not able to. 3. It is p2p connections so "servers" have nothing to do with it. Take the 2 months to fix your connection stability issues as the restrictions just keep getting longer.
Beginning soon, players with the most unreliable connections will receive an in-game warning. We know that connection quality is fluid, so don’t worry if you have occasional, temporary issues. If you receive one of these warnings, please visit the Network Troubleshooting Guide. If your connection does not improve, there are additional guides available that can help you in diagnosing advanced network issues. If all else fails, contact your ISP for assistance. If your connection does not improve after an in-game warning, and we continue detecting a negative impact on other Guardians, restrictions from PvP activities may be applied to your account. If a restriction is applied to your account, you will be unable to participate in PvP for two weeks. If you continue to play on an unreliable connection that harms the experience of other players, that restriction may be extended.
(source) If for some reason you are not able to improve the stability of your connection, it is recommended to refrain from playing pvp activities as the negative side effects of your connection will lead to longer restrictions. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans.

    • First off, way to get them to pay attention to you! Obviously using language and attitude like this is surely to win your case and get you un-restricted. That old proverb is right, 'you attract more flies with vinegar than honey..." Oh wait ... That being said, you were restricted (note: not banned) because your internet was crappy. Because your internet was flakey, it ruined other players experiences and THAT is why you are restricted, NOT because you had one internet hiccup. Your connection was negatively affecting other players. Those players reported you. Those reports triggered a flag in the system. Bungie's SRT looked at that flag and said, "Nope, stopping you from ruining other people's good time until you fix your connection." So what you have been given is a grace period to fix your connection. And mind you, it is a grace period. If you do not resolve your connection issues, the next restriction will be longer and eventually you will simply be banned from PvP activities (or the game itself).

      • You are banned because you adversely affect other players who have also bought the game.
