I know that this can drop from grinding override frequencies, but the description reads as follows: "Source: Complete activities and earn rank-up packages on Mars." My question is, [u]can this drop in a normal rank up package as stated in the collections?[/u] I have been doing the override frequency grind, but it's about the most boring and repetitive thing bungie has ever made. I am about to give up on this drop.
