Yo so when are you fixing blackout in the reckoning? Cause that shit is -blam!-ed. Oh you're at 680+ against 680 ads? The bosses will 1 shot you and the thrall which are constantly teleporting at you whole you're trying to do damage will 2 shot you.
Ok, so you've got a well of radiance, what next? You still get insta killed. Did you return blackout to what it was before you fixed it last year? Cause it feels like glass only with melees which wouldn't be so bloody bad if there weren't infinite -blam!-ing thrall.

Edited by fabby: 3/14/2019 1:06:35 PMWait what? This is no tank 'n spank. Get your gear, move a bit... It's easy to do it with randmos at 66X. Don't make bungie to do it easier than it is allready. Because at the moment this is no challenge. Let's check up T3.

I'm 680+ and so are the players I'm with, getting 1 shot simply isn't fair when you're on a strict time frame. I'm not saying make it easy as hell, but make it ya know, fair.

There must be something wrong with your setup. I know what you mean but this is one of the events where the team should work together. Rest of the game doesnt really matter what super, spec or gear you use. Reckoning feels like there is a teamplay in this game... and I admit it's the first time. I was waiting for the moment being able to use banner/ursa with my titan because in the rest of the whole game it is useless or at least not as usefull as other supers. Imo 680 is "overgeared" for T2. 660-670 is challanging. Adapt to a tactic depending on classes you are playing... If your titan went for solar or your hunter went for spectralblades blame the shit out of them... There are so much possibilities to master T2 with different supers/exos, just don't be "I-am-a-dps-god-cockheads". If you go in with a dawn-warlock, hammer-titan and spectral-hunter for example... well then you deserve to wipe. Try super rotations and you will notice it can be easily done with 3 ppl: 2x hunter (trapper) / 1x warlock (well) 1x hunter / 1x titan (banner) / 1x warlock 2x titan / 1x hunter and so on. You will see you have one wildcard which can be anything... no matter how useful. I like the way it works and I had only once a serious problem: We got two titans (teamed) and both went for hammerthrow.... After the 3rd attempt I wanted to ask them to switch super because it was useless (in this part). But bungie decided to remove any possibility for communication.... There is NO teamchat in reckoning and you don't join "local" by default. So we did one more try and left the event to get other randoms. 100% no-go bungie.

Yeah we realised that part of the issue was the fact that we hadn't been properly able to sync up our characters this week since we're working on our most powerful.ones first for all the milestones, etc. We had 2 titans a hunter and a random who was a titan every time. We went tether and 2 sentinels and got to the boss easy just as the last several times we've played but blackout just allowed everything to 1-2 shot us and we were forced to shift our focus from DPS when we had the time to running from the ads. It just feels wrong being on par with the power requirement and still being one shot. Even with a well, we'd have infinite thrall from every direction and 2 knights to worry about. We tried multiple times and shifted things around but just couldn't do it. Each time we'd get to the bosses and run out of time. We'd kill one every couple of runs but just spent too much time rezzing each other or wiping. Glass and Blackout are just days we'll avoid just like we did for strikes. They impact the game too heavily which is why glass is being removed, blackout feels like it was pre-fix. I remember getting hit by a wall booper in the lake of shadows would insta kill you and while the thrall don't (thank Christ), the Knights with big ass AOE's do :p

-> titan banner shield :p But I got it. During nightfall I also sometimes forget it while going ham/melee with my titan while a friend of mine set the card -.-
