You CANNOT have a ranking system based on winstreaks when EVERY. SINGLE. GAME I have played this morning has started me off with less players on my team than the enemy team. This game's matchmaking is literally a joke, a horrible joke

Yeah comp is a cluster when you solo. Its not one iota of fun to grind. Plus im always facing teams. Always.

Why is it Bungie’s fault your teammates left? You kids need to stop blaming Bungie for literally every gripe you have with the game.
-
Are you seriously missing braincells?

They didn't leave dumb dumb. If they left, there would be two empty boxes at the top. The game STARTED AS A 2v4, and this is something that happens ALL THE TIME. Stick to PvE kid because you clearly have no clue what you're talking about.

😂 Wow, apparently logic is a stranger to you. If you even played pvp, you’d know people back out when they see the number jump up by four to avoid teams, sometimes at the last second causing the game to start. Clearly you didn’t know that and I’ll just get back to playing pve and pve which must be impossible for you to comprehend since you think people can only play one or the other. 👋🏿

Riiiiiight. And you think that it's perfectly ok for players to be able to see the queue counter go up, back out at the last second, and -blam!- up the match for whomever stays? That doesn't need to be addressed in any way? And I'm the one who doesnt understand logic? Keep on making excuses for bungies shit matchmaking, maybe one day they'll give you the bootlicker emblem

Edited by pinfinger-1982: 3/13/2019 4:20:54 PMIf people stopped quitting games during the loading screens, or quitting during the game then everything would be fine. The system is designed to fill the gaps when people leave, which is what it’s supposed to do so that the players still in the game aren’t at a disadvantage. If Bungie changed it to prioritise new teams for new games you’d still be getting matchmade into teams with less players as people would still be leaving and then there’d be nothing to fill those gaps; essentially leaving you at a disadvantage regardless.

On PC a small handful of issues can drop you out of a match right as it goes from loading to prematch, or when your ship dips into atmosphere. It's connection dependent and gear dependent. I have an ancient processor: if I don't have everything working just right I will get an error code after loading and a warning not to do it again. At that point I fix everything and then play fine until I experiment and screw it up again. It's crappy - at first I was upset about the warning but I realize now easily that when that happens to me, it means 3 or 5 other people are screwed in their match. Just saying, it's not all people leaving matches, sometimes there isn't a choice in the matter. I tell my comp to git gud, but when I say that to my wallet it laughs and laughs....

Ok what is your point? They should do nothing about it? Clearly there is something wrong here, stop making excuses for a faceless company dude
