Getting error code Buffalo non-stop today when attempting to start the game

As of this post, my Battle.net app is fully updated and there is no maintenance occurring. All services are up and operational from what I can tell. The only time I was able to get in was immediately after I scanned and repaired, but I shouldn't have to do that every time I launch the game. Any other reasons the buffalo error could be occurring? Thanks!
