As the topic states, I’m curious.
I know it’s a pinnacle weapon, and the stepping stone towards not forgotten, I’m only up to the 2nd step and know I’m a long way off.
Honestly would love to hear people’s opinions on the weapon and the work to Aquire it.

What’s funny is most of the top players never take it off, even when they clearly out match their opponents. I mean I guess it’s a badge of honor. Or the bullies of the playground thing. I’m not that good and I play solo so I can’t get it...but I’m ok
hes gonna cry when he gets in that car
Edited by Talktofranky: 2/22/2019 9:13:26 PMSolid weapon within its effective range (most pvp maps) Land 2 headshot and get increased damage?!? On a 180?!?! Lmfao 😂 It's a crutch
-
Idk. I don’t really care about getting it anymore now that i got the malfeasance
-
You serious ? Do you live under a rock ? It is one of most over powered weapons in PvP and a vast majority of the community wants it removed from the game or nerfed only people defending it are the users who need crutches in PvP.

It’s not worth it if you don’t like d2 pvp
-
Yes it’s worth the grind. Yes it’s really good. No it’s nowhere near as good as Not Forgotten
-
If you're on console, its considered godly. If you're on PC its just ok.
-
It is really good. Took me 2 weekends of playing solo to get it last season. This season I got the mountaintop grenade launcher and that thing sucks.

It is worth the grind, especially on console. Don't believe people who say it's the most OP thing in the game though, it's not. It is however very effective within its optimum range and is easy to use. Below is a guide for tips on a Luna grind: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/251060830?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 Best of luck!

Definitely worth it, but yeah it’ll take some time

It really depends to be honest. If you’re an avid PvP player then I would say yes it is but I feel like Bungie are introducing more weapons on a similar sort of power level - The Last Word is already a good example of this. Personally, I’d complete the handcannon kill steps etc if you’ve got nothing else to do and then see what loot (notably Thorn) is released next season. If you still feel like you want the gun then try and hit Fabled next season when you have more time to do so, 3 games a week will give you a points bonus too - just try and LFG a team as going in solo can be extremely difficult. In regards to the Broadsword, it is in a bit of a difficult spot right now, particularly on console but for me, The Claymore (the original Broadsword) has been the most fun weapon I’ve used in Destiny PvP. It has potential to be an amazing gun but it would need a max stability roll, something I haven’t managed to get drop since the start of Forsaken. Whatever you decide - good luck!

Meh it’s pretty good but I haven’t touched it since tlw came out. Tlw and ace are my go to’s for hand cannons in d2
