So I haven't gotten any code yet. It's been a few days since I got the bow. I followed all the instructions - made sure everything is correct and linked. And I am being forced to come here to ask for help cause they don't have any real "customer support". So now what do I do?

Hi Vagrant. Unfortunately, there is no longer a way to generate a code or to buy the hoodie. In the future, I recommend that your email is [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings/254/11947219?category=Notifications]verified in your Bungie Profile[/url]. When generating a code on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Rewards]Bungie Rewards[/url] page, if you don't receive a code after 30 minutes, there may ben issue with the code being blocked from being sent and you may need to verify a different email address.

Same thing has happened to me. I haven't received anything via email and there's also nothing in the rewards section.
