The Colonel is Savathûn in disguise
Hear me out,
Savathûn took the form of the Colonel to infiltrate the remaining Guardians bases during the Red War. Now, Savathûn is smart, she knew we would win, and through the Colonel, she could watch us rebuild, and see all of our weak points up close. Furthermore, with her close relationship to Cayde, she was also able to learn high level, sensitive vanguard intel, something that can be very useful when fighting us. Lastly, once she was done gathering information against us, she asked Riven to dispose of Cayde-6, who was than killed by Uldren, who was controlled by Riven.

Actually I think omnigul is really Luke smith. Just think about it. He singlehandedly sabatoged d2 so most of the players base would leave. Then orchestrated curse of osiris to piss off those few that were left. Now he has something to.with franchises. Omnigul is going to.spread to other games. In d3 we will fight Luke Smith floating around screaming like omnigul but we won't win. We lose and the game get deleted from our hard drives and we have to buy it again to get another chance to beat her.
