Lunas howl and Not Forgotten need an adjustment
These guns have the capabilities of exotics but are in the energy slot as legendaries, people who earn this gun are already good enough without it
The rich get richer and the poor get poorer
How should it be changed? Make it a 4 tap in crucible but have the magnificent howl instead do extra damage to guardians in their supers
