It's like the game rewards you the less you play an activitiy. I got all the EP guns. The way I did that? I spawned on mars, people were running a level 7 EP, I shot the boss once, the boss died, dropped loot. I did that 10 times, and now I have all the EP weapons. It's -blam!-ed.
