Stuttering Lags in Public Areas
Hi. I have stuttering lags in public areas after 7-10 minutes of gameplay. But in other activities (story, strikes, gambit, pvp, etc) i dont have any problems. FPS counter always shows more than 70 fps but looks like 25-30. If i go to orbit and return to location where i have lags - i dont have problem for same 7-10 minutes
I tried:
- Change Graphic Settings to low - not result
- Change Resolution to 1080p - not result
- Vsync ON/OFF - not result
- Change Monitor framerate to stock 60hz - not result
- Change FastSync Nvidia settings - not result
- Change server from Europe to America - not result
How i can fix it? Please, help.

GTX 1080ti Gigabyte Aorus 11gb
480 Gb SSD A-Data XPG SX950U
Playing on a 1440p 60hz monitor with OC to 70hz.
Nvidia Driver 418.81.
Win 10 1803
Graphic Settings - Ultra High 2540x1440
