  • How do i disable the authenticator. There is no option to do that in the settings

  • I have the same problem as you do and I have gotten through everything and nothing helps, however since support is busy probably, I can at the very least help you try out different things. You can disable the always require authenticator from your battle.net account page in the security tab. Bungie might also suggest that you do a check for package loss and in my thread they told me to do this: 1. Open a command prompt on a client PC, via the Start Menu search for "cmd". 2. Type "ping www.bungie.net -n 300". (This will ping the address 300 times and then post the result to them, so there's that. really hope you and anyone else having this issue can find a sollution, or at least find out what the problem is.
