Just as how the game registers when you join a losing match, lose the match, and you do not lose valor points... It should register, when people back out during a competitive match, that the team who are in a 1v4 2v4 or 3v4 disadvantage, will not lose glory points. In theory, will bring back others who do not play competitive anymore and it will become a better experience.

Other three don’t lose points. “Ok, so only when people disconnect/lag out” Pulls Ethernet cord. “Lagged”out Makes a loophole where you could grind to 5500 and potentially never be punished for losses. Only way they could prevent it if it only applies to when someone not in your fireteam leaves, but would still -blam!- you over if someone in your fireteam either leaves or lags out. But then you get into a situation where you go in a 2 stack and let’s say your buddy lags out and the other two randoms get protection but you don’t. You could never make this system work in a way that is perfect for everyone and is non-exploitable
