Relentless network issues

Since the update my network issues have progressively increased; started out with lags, started getting white screened on top of it, and now if I go to the tower I get sent back to orbit. This past week of gameplay has been more trying to connect than even playing unfortunately.

  • I can barely log in to the game and I keep getting error codes that deflect accountability onto my internet connection.. lets see.. if everyone is having these “internet related issues” is it more likely that it is ALLLL of our faults or the only constant in all of these situations? (Bungies neglect for their D2 servers). If bungie isn’t going to listen to us here on the forums and refuse to offer a support line to speak to a representative who actually has any connection to destiny 2 servers, then I hate to say it but the only way to get their attention is if we all do our research to find the list of games to play that bungie is unaffiliated with and only play those games from now on. Once they see sales drop they won’t have a choice but to either shut down like they probably should or start listening and responding to their customer base. I’m tired of being treated like we should appreciate them, they have it backwards they are here for us. That’s how businesses operate and it’s only a matter of time until a developer comes along that understands how a business is supposed to communicate with their customers and put these morons out of business. Which sucks to say because sometimes they do good work from a game development standpoint, never from a customer relations standpoint.

    • i got banned from crucible 'cause people say i'm lagging but my network is above the requirements (3mbps download 2mbps upload) i wonder why is this game so laggy now. it is not our fault it is bungie servers fault

        yeah, since the last update I haven't been able to finish a single activity. servers just freeze and after a couple of minutes I get kicked to orbit time and time again.

        • Yes, same here Contacting destiny servers seems to be standard. Getting disconnects way too many times and always at times that piss me off e.g. finally a group for blind well and at tier 4 boss, I get kicked. Seems Bungie is fullly dropping support, no update news and same pvp weapon issues. They aren’t listening. Done with this crap

        • Over the last few days I have been getting sporadic Weasel and Anteater errors. Yesterday was particularly bad, even getting booted from the tower a couple of times. Others in my clan are seeing the same thing so I doubt it is my connection (ATT U-Verse 45Mb hardlined to my xbox; XBox network diagnostics say I have a great connection to xbox live and for multiplayer), some are much worse than what I am seeing. I am glad I am not playing Crucible as I would be ticked to get banned over Bungie’s issue. Could it be the weather affecting your (Bungie’s) servers?

        • Have they done anything or made any sort of effort to correct this b******? I am kicked from the game a minimum of twice a day.
