Name shaming in forum

I understand that posting a persons name for a negative reason is against the code of conduct but when it comes to warning other players about a person who negatively impacts other user experiences then we should be able to or atleast add an avoid button like overwatch has and allow other players to see why that person should be avoided especially since reporting a player doesnt seem to do anything even if the person was cheating in pvp It even more negatively impacts someone's experience when they get kicked during the last boss fight bc for me personally it usually takes a good hour or so just to get a raid team together in the first place that knows what theyre doing and doesn't mess up too much and even worse when im limited on time and to get kicked during the final boss would be a kick to the balls [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate. • Thanks for the post! Currently, we follow this policy in an effort to protect against false claims against innocent users. As some have pointed out in this thread, it would be incredibly easy to post a thread without proper evidence, leading to harassment. With that said, we do currently have a few options for you: 1. Report the player in-game 2. If the player is potentially cheating, we have a report form on Bungie.net where you can provide appropriate information 3. We are currently looking to improve the Find Fireteam feature here on Bungie.net, with report tools and better moderation I'll speak with the teams here to see what other options could be on the table for the future, or at the very least pass along feedback that there is a desire for ways to report players in PvE activities. Specifically, reporting those who remove players from fireteams at the end of matches, or other negative experiences. Cheers!
