We are aware of an issue where some players who purchased a Sundance Ghost Vinyl Figure may have received an incorrect emblem code for the Carrhae emblem instead of the Little Light emblem. You will need to contact your retailer about this issue.

How about we send you our email and the code we were given and you send us a code to get what we paid for. That sounds fair and a way to solve the problem.

You will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from. They will give you the contact information for the manufacturer of the shell.

Who do we contact if the item were purchased off Amazon? Amazon support or the manufacturer of the Ghost figurine?

Thanks, the site they listed on the box was just a redirect. This looks like we may be able to get an answer from them before having to package it all up and send back, etc.

Amazon/BestBuy/Target/Gamestop, and I guess The Bungie Store, according to your response, will have no clue how to fix this. And the producer of the item doesn't have an actual website, so no way to contact them. That's a pretty lazy of "handling" this. And I'd say it's actually the exact opposite of handling it.
