This is an issue that has been driving me crazy for a long time, but its much worse with the new forsaken supers. The top and bottom tree nighstalker supers are taking too long to tether to enemies, leading to me being killed a lot of the time by quick roaming supers. For example, I'm regularly killed by wraith supers, nova warps, and hammers because the tether takes so long to deploy and suppress that it will allow they enemy to kill me first. This is understandable when the enemy titan has already thrown a hammer, but a suppression effect should remove any charged nova warps or wraith attacks. Bungie needs to significantly buff this ultimate so that the suppression effect is instantaneous. It's a simple quality of life change that would make the nighstalker useful again.
