Oh I mean it literally. Create a mission that ends finally with those evil floating triangles you keep teasing without telling anyone why and let them destroy all of it. Destroy the planets ... hell have a final mission on each trying to save the planet or even have us rescue any of our allies on each planet then destroy it. Let the bad guy win this one and make us earn our new heroic status in a big way complete with suffering huge losses and being lost in a new unfamiliar galaxy. Hell you could even retain old levels with "training simulations" Let us travel to a new galaxy to rebuild an army and ally with new aliens and see new planets and creatures. Make us rebuild in a completely new and foreign place. Hell let us play as new types of beings since they would have ghosts to start resurrecting new species of beings since we failed this galaxy. Complete Destiny reboot. Kill everything and start the story over using remnants and pieces of what we could gather from dying planets. This could also lead us to the open world game play we were always promised! *and for the love of god give us epic spaceship battles as some bridge missions. this could be like the metaphor for leaving activision rule!
