Ok not trying to be mean but just how did you "cancel your membership?" Also core farming using the core bouties is really easy to do here is how you do it. Use a fireteam med. they pay for themselves. You will get a lot more purples and blues with it. Dismantle your loot until you have all three core bounties. Now keep doing what your doing but save all your loot. I use [url=https://app.destinyitemmanager.com]DIM[/url] to move it to the vault so I do not have to go back to the tower. Once you got a good bit of it, do the core bounty type you want to farm. I use Lost sectors, because it is easy. Turn in the bounty and with a fireteam med. on start scrapping your extra gear. Just pull it out of your vault using your app of choice. This forces the game to give you the bounty you want to farm when it drops, because you can not have two of the same core bounty. Do the bounty, scrap the loot, do the bounty, scrap the loot. This works quite well it is what I do when I need cores. You also get cores from scraping purples. Mod comps just take weapon parts and shards to get from Ada. While I do agree with you that the drop rate should improve a bit they are still not too hard to get. Because all that loot you broke down from using the fireteam med. gives you the shards and weapon parts needed to get mods. When I say fireteam med. pay for themselves what I mean is that you have four hours. If you use your time effectively you will get enough bright ( or what ever they are calling it this season etched ) to pay for the cost of the coin plus a bit extra. This is because you only keep what you need and break down everything else. Ghost has crap perks that is two fireteam med. right there. Ship you will never use. Bam a lam that is two more right there. You get the idea. Hope this helps.
