That's the issue. You can't report the post. Bungie still to this day had not implemented a report feature in the fireteam finder. You can't report their accounts either because they're all fake.

when i try, i get a message saying "user not found" it would be a full time job if i was able to.

That means they probably were already banned from the website, but I'm guessing the posts aren't automatically removed by the system.

nope, i saw the same post bout charging for carries/recoveries listed 14 times back to back with no other post between each one. There was only 1min time difference between the first and last post. -.-
