As title say I cant play Destiny 2 on my pc , I bought the "destiny 2 forsake complite collection" game code from gamesplanet first made sure what I can use the code on region/country and I managed to redeem it on battle.net .
I downloaded the game via battle.net launcher but when I try to play error mesage pops up code "saxophone" , I restarted battle.net even my pc and internet modem yet still problem persist .

So what I found worked when I got this problem was I logged into the Battle.net on a browser I don't normally use (I use Chrome normally so I logged into Safari). I changed my password and set up 2 step authentication. I rebooted my entire PC after that. Once the PC was fully rebooted, I logged into the Battle.net application and went through the authentication process it required. Once I did that, it resolved it for both myself and a friend of mine.
