For those who needed to hear it..
You ARE a good person.
You ARE talented
Don't be so hard on yourself. Studies show we see ourselves as being a lot less successful than those around us. Meaning, in all likelihood, you're doing a better job than you think.
Take a break once in a while. Just to breathe. It sounds stupid, but it can help.
Brush your hair, your teeth, and generally take care of yourself. It'll put ya in a better mood, I swear.
And last but not least, always remember that you don't have to be better than the people around you. You only need to be better than you were yesterday.
Also, I know my cheesy-ass, positive posts might be somewhat jarring to see in OffTopic, but don't you worry. I have plenty of shitposts planned for the future.
