Blame for the current state of Quickplay is pretty even across the board. 1) Every hardcore Crucible player that roasts any sensible player asking for fairness in matchmaking because they don't want to play against anyone their skill level. 2) Casual players that actually thought this was a good idea because they had fun for a week getting matched up against sweaty teams and thought they were going to drastically improve. 3) Bungie for creating pinnacle weapons that were only going to increase the skill gap in Crucible and only serve the interests of Crucible diehards.
