Who the hell designed the Mountaintop?
Who the hell designed the Mountaintop? It's basically a rocket launcher that takes special ammo. It's a grenade launcher that fires explosives that travel linearly, i.e a rocket launcher. To balance it, I suggest making it a power weapon.
