Having things like the 1k voices and anarchy locked behind the raids is good but they are time gated on how many completions per week you can actually do. We should be able to do the raids as many times as we want with normal drops but only the first completion can give powerful rewards. This would make it that we can grind for these items without having to wait a week for 3 more low chances.
