Twice now I have received duplicate items from Eververse despite there being many items I do not own yet. Last night I received the Odrerir exotic ship from an Etched engram, even though I already own it, and there are dozens of rare and legendary engram items I do not own. The second incident was much more upsetting, as it happened using the Prismatic Matrix. There were two items I did not own, and upon using my facet, I received a Titan mark that I had already gotten from a previous use of the matrix. The matrix says outright that each activation guarantees an item not previously acquired from Eververse. Why did I receive duplicates?
