Are you high?
The thing hits like a -blam!-ing truck!
With a full draw it overpenetrates and the exit wound does more damage on a body than an initial crit.
I can't help but think you are doing it wrong.

Try Le Monarque it’s so much better

Oh yes it is ver nice, different coversation. There is just something about that 32K hit that nothing really compares to.

I’ve got nearly 1000 bow kills. I don’t think I’m using it incorrectly but it’s possible. All I know is the draw time / damage tradeoff is not enough. And the exit damage perk is so inconsistent. A lot of people have been saying it’s great in PvE and especially against taken so maybe it’s just not right for crucible
-
Oh, crucible.......nothings quite right there if you ask me. Oathkeepers? Try with those if you can. Otherwise perfect draw timing is key, 5% dmg bonus on all bows (entry only for wish ender) and makes consistent damage with exit wounds just like timing poison arrows. But draw time is longer, gotta wait for the gong
-
I think I’ve got the draw timing down and I have oathkeepers (they’re more disappointing but I won’t get into that now lol) I just think that Wishender fails to compete with other bows. I have an accuracy masterworked No Turning Back that absolutely destroys

It may just be a personal preference. I always seem to go back to the 110 hand cannons be cause they hit harder, I dont care if they fire slower, I like more damage/shot. One of my friends loves hand cannons as well, but can NOT stand how gdam slow the 110s fire, but we both have had a lot of enjoyment with wish ender, and a hard time switching off of it, too.

Huh. I do tend to use the higher impact weapons more often. Wardens Law is one of my favorite hand cannons but I just can’t get used to inconsistency with wish ender
