Today I seem to have received two silver refunds and now have a negative balance of -2100 Silver. The thing is, I never actually asked for these refunds at all. I also don't see them reflected in my bank balance at all. I attempted to find a way to directly contact support, but I only found this forum. Can anyone help?
Please check your wallet funds on the platform you received the refund for. If you have the wallet funds there, please re-purchase your Silver to counteract the refund using those funds and you'll be back even.
