Forge Key Mold & Mysterious Box Issue
Currently, we are aware of players reporting issues regarding the Black Armory Key Mold and Mysterious Box. At this time we are actively investigating these reports and ask that players who believe to be impacted by this comment below in this thread so we can efficiently gather data on the matter.
Please note this thread's focus is to assist with a potential future resolution and not handle individual requests at this time.

I can take the keymold from Ada1 with only the first character i completed beguzia forge. It is clear this problem affects everybody, can you please give us an update if this is fixable.

PS4, my alts can’t get the Mysterious Key Mold, which really sucks being that rare bounties are RNG and I got one a few weeks ago and couldn’t complete it before it expired because no armor was dropping for my character from the forges...

I can't get my 2nd mold. All this is ridiculous.

Can't pick up the quest for the mold key for either my Warlock or the Titan. I did get it for the Hunter.

I can't get the quest to the Izanami's burden from Ada on my second/third characters. Is this an known issue, or you can get only once per account? What should I do with these unfinished boxes? Sorry for the bad english...

who is bungie kidding. this wont be fixed untill reset or the one after this coming reset. so all of us will be locked out untill next full curse for shattered. imagine play testing your own game before flipping the on switch on content.

opened 4 times the loot box after izanami and bergusia forges with my second character and keys for mysterious box did not appear!!

It is just another bug caused by throwing something out there that either wasn't tested at all or by a chimpanzee (no offense, I like animals!) What we should do though is make it clear that we're finally tired of this BS. Poor and lazy quest design preferring RNG over skill/grind is one thing, the lack of technical quality is another (both suck though). And even if we may be willing to live with that to some extent, saying nothing for almost a day and then just telling us that they are "investigating" and need to "gather data" on a god damn additional somewhat gamebreaking bug followed by silence again ist just ignorant. Honestly, how hard can it be to fix this or to just increase the drop rate of rare bounties temporarily and add sources? Christ, just make ADA sell it or whatever...

Can confirm, this is bugged for me also. Picking up black armoury key mold is limited to the first character only

Same here. I only got the key Mold one my first character that I was playing in at the time Niobe opened. Up. Now I can’t get my hunter a Mold and he is the one with the rare bounty.

Same boat, PS4, was only able to pick up the key mold on one character.

Edited by soljaboy81: 1/11/2019 4:55:46 AMI also was unable to collect the key mold on my other characters, collected it on a character that doesn’t have a rare bounty kinda hoping to get one within the week, also a little disappointed that Bungie just handed the forge over like they did I would have rather waited until someone had figured out the puzzle but I guess that’s just me growing up figuring out puzzles in games growing up without internet to fall back on within the first three seconds of not being able to figure something out, but I guess that’s what you get when ppl whine and cry!!
