Forge Key Mold & Mysterious Box Issue
Currently, we are aware of players reporting issues regarding the Black Armory Key Mold and Mysterious Box. At this time we are actively investigating these reports and ask that players who believe to be impacted by this comment below in this thread so we can efficiently gather data on the matter.

1 ReplyGot 3 characters at 650 Power. One each class. I got Key Mold only on the first character (Warlock) I approached to Ada-1. All characters had all 3 previous forges unlocked and Mysterious Box with all 3 previous keys checked. I also would want to add one thing. With Shattered Throne dungeon this week - if I don't get the rare bounty doable within this week, I will be locked out with this quest progression for 3 weeks. As for now i got rare bounty yesterday but it require weekly forge bounty and those i already have done before receiving rare one. I know this is RNG but limiting the Key Mold only on 1 character makes us way back with this quest and make it way more RNG dependent. For this type of quest - where you have a lot things to do and activities to get done with Shattered Throne on top - it's very bad for affected players. I think there are more players in the same or very similar spot as I am. What would be a little help if we would know more about rare bounties. Can we have only one at the time? If "Yes", are drop chance depend on how many we got? They give not only powerful gear but also it's a forge gear so it's highly desired to have them done, but if they are limited to just one i would remove one I got for a chance of getting one i can do before Shattered Throne is gone for 2 weeks. I hope for some answers or at least an update how and when this will get fixed. If this is not possible even a status of this bug would be something.

I'm having the same issue only one of my characters got the key mold. All forges are unlocked on all charakters. All characters have all 3 keys. But only my Hunter got the mold key.

1 ReplyObtained the key mold on my Hunter but do not have a rare bounty. Cannot obtain a key mold on my Warlock (who had a completed rare bounty in his inventory). I have not attempted to get the key mold on my Titan because he does not have a rare bounty at the moment.

cannot access quest on the 2 characters with rare bounties completed and ready to go, only the main character which has not seen a rare bounty since the dlc drop. if I have to wait 3 weeks for shattered throne to come back for this stupid quest, you may lose me from your player base. fix it please.

Also effected by this, like everyone else. Is there any hope you’ll open the Shattered Throne full time so all the players who are locked from doing this on other toons can participate without a three week wait?

Unable to start quest for 4th key on my second character( Warlock). Had 2 keys when black armory dropped, but obtained 3rd before attempting Bergusia.

I can only access it on one character as well. Very disappointing cause I have one bounty saved on a alt character😥

PS4. Got on first character, not available on other 2. All characters had all the forges unlocked and all the other keys in Mysterious Box.

On PS4. Cannot obtain quest on 2nd & 3rd characters. Ada-1 does not offer it.

Yes, this is happening on my account. Also, FFS Bungle, why did you have the Rare Bounty drop before we could get this and not either lock completion/turn in, or at least put the info on the damn key that you needed to save it? That was 50 freaking forge ignitions wasted and now I can't get the rare bounty to drop again. WTH??? Hand out the freaking item to everyone or have the quest purchasable from ADA.

1 ReplyI cashed in my weekly B.A. bounties on my Warlock before I picked the B.A. Key Quest. I pick up the rare bounty and suddenlyI need a weekly to progress, tried to change characters only to find that the Key is one player only so now I cannot do the Shattered Throne part of the quest for 3 weeks. I am done with this game.

Gutted!! to say the least. Started on my Titan which is my main, up until the point of needing to do the rare bounty. so switched to my warlock who had one already completed , went to the tower and no quest available. Arrgghhh!!! Sorry rant over.

2 RepliesHaving this issue. Received the key Mold and completed the entire quest and received the exotic with my Hunter. My Titan and Warlock did not get the Key Mold.
