If you were ranked higher, I can tell you how it went without watching the video.
When I play comp, and I see someone on the other team is using a bow, I think “easy win”. I’m almost always right predicting the outcome.
I haven’t watched your video yet, but I will... Will I be surprised?

According to a post from yesterday, bows are OP and anyone who uses them is garbage lololol
-
I saw that one. I wanted to reply to OP he must be worse than garbage losing to garbage, but passed on it.

I'm just under 3000 comp and I main bow and am usually 1st or 2nd on my matches. It's pretty challenging but the real challenge is learning to contest your weaknesses. It's a constant learning curve to adapt to thousands of players.

I’d say I’m better than most with a bow. We were playing at low rank so we shall see how I do as the rank advances. I made some good plays so I think you’ll be surprised
-
You had some good plays. I liked the 3v1 clutch. I couldn’t watch the whole thing though. One of your party members audio was crackling so badly, it was just too annoying.
-
Yeah unfortunately his mic does that occasionally. He usually doesn’t include his audio but he had that time. All good either way and thanks for watching!
-
Well, if his headset is still in one piece after playing competitive, his mic works better than mine, lol.
-
Hahaha we played for about 3 hours and only dropped one game but we were at low rank. It’s weird because it seemed to be just that one day. The VODs is days since that he’s played with me his audio doesn’t crack at all

It can get frustrating at times. I play almost exclusively solo. Losing isn’t frustrating in a good match. Watching blueberry teammates doing the most braindead things is what drives me nuts. Yesterday, one of them burned his BB after a fourth round of countdown because he thought the match was over. That’s what I get for solo queuing though.
-
The match that is the majority of the video ended with me, and my two fireteam members having nearly 70 kills and our blueberry went 6-12. It’s players like that that prevent me from playing comp solo. I did have a good time with the two I played with though so that was nice
-
It could be your blueberry didn’t know the plan. If I do party up, I make sure to use game chat and opt in. I tell all the fire team members to do the same (unless there’s four of us). That way, the blueberry can at least know what the team is trying to coordinate to do (assuming he’s listening). Frequently, people will be opting into game chat even though they don’t use the mic, they are listening.
-
He was a level 17 so I’m relatively sure he was just bad lol. But yeah we were in a party not game chat because the game before that we had a blueberry we tried talking to that left the game and then we lost because it was 3v4(stack)
-
Not likely that somebody just getting their feet wet in comp would be using the game chat, but as you go higher in rank, it’ll be helpful anytime you’re running less than four. I’ve also picked people up that way that turn on their mic once they hear other people using it. More people will be familiar with callouts in higher ranks. It’s highly doubtful your lv 17 blueberry would have understood “elbow” (shores of time), but most higher ranked players would. Good luck grinding comp. Play to win, but also keep it fun.

I’d just like to get Luna’s and then go back to running my bow in rumble lol. But I shall keep that stuff in mind!
