Purchased a package of 5 engrams and some silver dust on Dec. 25 and immediately requested a refund. I did not open the package, any of the engrams, or use any of the silver. Almost immediately after purchasing the package I decided to request a refund for the item. It was removed from my inventory, however, my 800 silver coins were not returned to my account. It's been 3 weeks and have yet to see anything. Please help.
