I used to looks for a Drawtime Master on bows to consider it perfect, but then I got a Spiteful Fang with a Reload Speed masterwork. I liked everything about the weapon, except the masterwork. I wasn't convinced I should masterwork the weapon, but I began to think about.
Theoretically, a faster reload should improve the weapons speed by cutting the time it takes to load the arrow, so I took the risk.
The drawtime is decent because of the Elastic String perk on the first column.
The reload masterwork makes the reload almost obsolete, and it has more of an impact on the weapon than a drawtime masterwork.
I recommend it to anyone interested in using bows in pvp. I wonder if anyone else sees what I see.

I masterworked three Arsenic Bites, one each with Draw, Reload, and Accuracy. I then tried them each out in the Tangled Shore. Here’s what I found: * Accuracy was my least favorite. The Arsenic Bite already has very good tracking and headshot magnetism. Adding Accuracy diminished the magnetism rather than contributed anything more helpful. * Reload was worthless. The Arsenic Bite already instantly reloads. There was zero benefit to masterwork Reload. * Draw masterwork was immediately noticeable. The Arsenic Bite drew and charged much faster straight away. It’s the only bow masterwork that made me feel like I was rapid-firing each arrow. No other bow I have comes close. From my experimentation, Draw is markedly superior to Reload masterwork on bows. Reload contributes nothing when the bow already instantly reloads without a perk. I’ve done the same for Subtle Calamity. Again, Draw masterwork came out as the best option. Note however that even my very best Subtle Calamity roll still could not get as good a final Draw time as the Arsenic Bite. I have compared the Wish-Ender and Trinity Ghoul, as well. They draw much slower than Arsenic Bite. So, even with their Exotic perks, I still run with Arsenic Bite, instead. It’s just more satisfying to loose more arrows faster, particularly with the Arsenic Bite’s forgiving head-seeking behavior. Loose when the enemy’s head is near the white dot, and it’s a headshot, every time.

Wonder what happens when it stacks with archer’s tempo.
